The short version

ClientLoft has no AI features. The documents and answers your clients submit are stored, shown to you, and nothing else — no AI ever reads, scans, summarizes, or classifies them, and they are never shared with any AI provider or used to train any model. For a tool that handles tax documents and financial records, we think that’s exactly how it should be.

Where AI is used

• Building the product: ClientLoft is developed and maintained by an independent developer with the assistance of AI coding tools. AI helps write the software — it has no access to production data.
• Marketing copy: some text on this website was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before publishing.

Where AI is not used

• No AI processing of uploaded documents, typed answers, checklists, or client details — ever.
• No AI-generated reminder emails or client communications; every message the Service sends is a fixed template you can predict.
• No training of AI models on your data or your clients’ data.

If that changes

If we ever add an AI-powered feature (for example, auto-sorting uploads against your checklist), it will be clearly labeled, strictly opt-in, off by default, and covered by an update to this page before launch — and client documents will never leave our infrastructure for it without your explicit choice.
